Delete your Supportech AI account
Managers and partners
Your store owner can remove your login instantly in the app: Team → Remove. You can also send the request below yourself.
Request deletion
Email support@supportechinc.com with the subject "Delete my Supportech AI account", from the email address on your account if you have one, and include:
- your username
- the store name(s) on your account
- the phone number on the account, if any
We will confirm the request through your account or a call to the number on file, delete the account, and email you confirmation. Requests are completed within 30 days; most within 3 business days.
What is deleted
- Your name, username, password hash, phone number and email address.
- Your store access list, active sessions and push notification tokens (notifications stop immediately).
- Your replies are kept in the report thread but no longer attributed to your account.
What is not deleted
- Incident reports, images and clips belong to the monitored store's service record, not to an individual login, and remain under the store's retention period (see the privacy policy).
- Audit records of administrative actions are kept for 12 months for security.
